Cutting and mixing machine: varies from 200 to 80L and adopts the cutting and mixing tool imported from Germany. The maximum rotation speed can reach 3800rpm.
Meat grinder: adopts the structure comprising dual tools, three bare panels and dual augers in order to ensure the final product to be particles and meat temperature rise less than 2℃.
Mixer: varies from 300 to 1300L and adopts dual shafts and dual screw blades. A special sealing method is adopted to ensure no leakage around shafts.
Rolling machine: varies from 300 to 2200L and belongs to vacuum aspiration type. The roller has two stages of speed and can automatically perform the action combining the kneading and beating.
Saline injecting machine: economic saline injecting machine for boneless meat. Its mesh belt can be easily pulled out, so it is very convenient to clean it after each production. The injection pressure can be adjusted from 1-6kg.
The saline injection machine for boned meat adopts the air-chamber sealing method and pin punching pressure can be adjusted according to the meat type in order to ensure no change on the internal bone structure of the meat. The saline pump, which is made of stainless steel and developed by ourselves ensures that the injection pressure can be adjusted between 1-6kg.
Rapid dissolving and mixing machine: adopts the Danish dairy product dissolving and mixing technology. The mixing panel is specially designed to avoid that the material stays at a dead corner or is not mixed sufficiently during dissolving.
